Yes! As an emergency physician I am trained to treat patients of all ages.

Dr. Bartnik is a practice emergency physician and offers this service when available. Generally, a telehealth (virtual) visit can be initiated during daytime hours (7am-11pm) within a couple hours of request. Most of the time an at-home visit can be arranged the same day, 7 days a week. Text or call (845) 535-9122 for up-to-date availability.

I meet you at your home, office, hotel room, etc. and will travel within 20 minutes of Nyack, NY*. I only provide services (both virtual and in-person) in New York State. *may travel further at an additional cost.

Occasionally, there are certain conditions that will need the advanced testing and treatment of an emergency room. Dr. Bartnik will call ahead to communicate the clinical concerns to the emergency room doctors and communicate with you during your emergency room stay.

Pricing is $169 for telehealth (virtual) visits and $399 for simple home visits. Certain procedures (i.e. laceration repair or IV therapy) and diagnostics are an extra charge. Home calls range from $399-699 based on complexity and services provided. We are always upfront about cost prior to rendering services. All payments are made through an EMR platform (Push Health). Although we do not directly accept insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We cannot guarantee any reimbursement due variabilities in insurance policies.

Unfortunately, because I am practicing emergency physician, I cannot provide these services to Medicare-eligible patients due to regulations around Medicare payments and services.
